I feel as if the churches of today some of them are missing a true spirit of worship

In general, the church is missing authenticity, transparency, and accountability.

As far as I can ascertain, there is no accountability by the pastors, by the congregation. Pastors seem to do as they please with disregard to the membership. Members live openly out of God's will and the pastors or leadership do not address the issue. Too many churches want to be popular with the people rather than ith God. Many ofthe practices do not align with the word of God and the members look the other way.
